Reservation Policies
Payment Details
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Paddleboard: $350 per person.
Sailboat Rental $3,000
Yacht Rental: $5,000
Jet Ski Rental: $1,000
Catamaran Rental: 50% of the total
*The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the tour, before departure.
Change and Flexibility
Date Change: We offer the flexibility to change your date if you notify us at least 7 days in advance (subject to availability).
Changing Boats: Once the deposit has been paid, you cannot change the boat you have selected.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the customer, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers administrative costs and the cost of reserving the date.
Weather and Safety Considerations
Safety is our top priority, and we always follow the instructions of the Port Authority.
Port Closed: If the Port Authority officially closes the port, your departure will be rescheduled at no cost, or you may choose to transfer your reservation to another person.
Weather: Cloudy days or summer afternoon showers are not grounds for cancellation.
Recommendation: If you want to minimize the risk of rain, we suggest you opt for morning tours.
Rates and Promotions
Fixed Price: The price of your service is the rate in effect on the date of your reservation and is secured upon payment of your deposit.
Future Promotions: Promotions published after your reservation has been confirmed cannot be applied retroactively.
